Vaseline - Sea
“Your skin is amazing, look after it” is Vaseline’s tag line for this powerful spot that extols the value of the human skin. Through comparison with images like shots of the earth from above, the various remarkable qualities of skin are explored. Throughout we encounter stunning shots like hundreds of people swaying gently in front of a rain forest, or lying curled up in boats, on beaches and in cities.

Motorola - ROKR
The spot opens with a rooftop shot set against a brooding skyline before moving to the interior of an apartment where we see a young guy wrapped in a restricting mass of black cables. His outstretched hand fights against the cables to grasp at the new ROKR phone. As his fingers reach the phone, the cables fly away one by one, vanishing through cracks in the wall and gaps in the floorboards, leaving the guy free to enjoy the wireless music experience offered by Motorola’s latest mobile.

Ford - Wind
It took a team of 25 animators 3 months to take this spot from pre-production to online but the end result is well worth the effort. Pucho Mentasti and Franco Bittolo deliver a beautiful live action / animation hybrid for Ford that looks, feels and sounds spot on.

JCPenney - Heart
As a young girl scribbles her secret declaration of love onto her notebook the letters magically vanish only to reappear scratched into her desk, then the blackboard and then throughout the school. She chases the message through the corridors to the lunch hall, finally hurling herself full pace down a dining table as the initials SH + CM appear in the woodwork in front of the object of her affection. As she slides to a halt her eyes meet those of CM and the flame of love is ignited.
